Services
Person-centred Therapy
This humanistic approach creates a supportive environment where clients feel genuinely understood. Using empathy and unconditional acceptance, we help individuals develop self-awareness and personal growth. Sessions focus on your unique experiences and current challenges without judgment.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Structured sessions addressing current mental health challenges through practical problem-solving techniques. We identify negative thought patterns and develop strategies to modify behaviours and improve emotional regulation. Particularly effective for anxiety and depression management.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Exploring unconscious processes and past experiences that influence current behaviour. This approach examines early life relationships and recurring patterns to develop greater self-understanding. Particularly beneficial for complex emotional issues and relationship difficulties.
Walking Therapy
Combines therapeutic conversation with gentle movement in natural surroundings. The informal setting can facilitate easier discussion of difficult topics while promoting physical and mental wellbeing through connection with nature.
Trauma Counselling
Specialised support for individuals dealing with abuse, domestic violence or traumatic experiences. Using evidence-based approaches within a safe therapeutic relationship, we help process traumatic memories and develop coping strategies for long-term recovery.
