Greetings! I'm Michelle Griffiths, founder of MBS - Mind, Body & Spirit. My own journey to holistic health inspired me to establish this studio, sharing the transformative power of movement and mindfulness with others.

My life wasn't always balanced. Born with physical challenges involving mobility issues, I spent years struggling with pain and limitations. Traditional medicine offered limited relief. It wasn't until I embraced the practices of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, alongside Pilates, that I experienced true healing and restored balance in my life.
