Our Story

Debbie, our founder, is a yoga teacher and experienced fitness instructor who gained a deep understanding of the importance of prenatal and postnatal care after experiencing her own pregnancy difficulties. After discovering the benefits of yoga and fitness during her second pregnancy, Debbie was determined to help other women navigate this journey with confidence and ease. With extensive education and training in prenatal and postnatal fitness, yoga, health, and wellbeing, Debbie took over BabyFit in 2017, continuing the legacy started by Kate Coulson, the founder of BabyFit, in 2005.

Our Services

At BabyFit, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of pregnant women, new mothers, and their babies. Our Bump/Birth Yoga+ classes nurture the body and prepare for an amazing birth, while our Buoyancy BumpFit program provides a safe and effective way to exercise in the water. Our Postnatal Balance and Recovery programs focus on repairing and healing the body after birth, and our Baby Yoga classes promote healthy development using touch and movement. We also offer BabyFit Bootcamp, a fun and effective exercise class for mums.
