Yoga is not about being a contortionist, super fit, or flexible; it's about finding the right style for your body and embracing the journey. When I opened the studio in June 2017, I envisioned a safe, inclusive space where everyone could experience and grow through mind-body practices, regardless of age, size, gender, race, religion, fitness, ability, diet, or lifestyle. I believe that all beings desire to thrive, to lead healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives, and yoga is a powerful tool to help achieve this.

My Yoga Journey
I began my own yoga journey around 30 years ago, and after discovering the transformative power of regular practice, I became a qualified teacher in 2020. With over 15 years of teaching experience, I continue to develop my practice and teaching through workshops, intensives, retreats, and training, incorporating student feedback and insights along the way.
Before dedicating my life to yoga, I spent many years working in the corporate world and public service. This background has given me a unique understanding of the challenges faced by those seeking balance in their daily lives.
I look forward to sharing my passion for yoga, meditation, and life coaching with you as we journey towards optimal health and wellbeing together.
