Ditty's is a family-run business that has been providing Northern Ireland and the rest of the world with award-winning breads, cakes, pies, biscuits, and our famous oatcakes for over fifty years. We have always been committed to traditional methods for producing hand-crafted baked goods, while also experimenting with new flavours and combinations to bring fresh and exciting ideas to our customers.
Our Story
Our bakery was founded in Castledawson, Northern Ireland, in 1963 by Bobby Ditty, who passed on the business to his son Robert twenty years later. Under Robert's guidance, we have expanded into new markets and diversified our product offerings, while maintaining the same commitment to quality and tradition.

Our assortment of oatcakes, biscuits, and shortbreads are handmade with the finest locally sourced ingredients, and our shortbreads come in nine delicious varieties.
