My Philosophy

I believe that every individual is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. That's why I offer a wide range of therapies, including aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki, stress management, Indian head massage, past life therapy, flower remedies, life coaching, relaxation therapy, herbalism, crystal healing, colour therapy, meridian psychotherapy, spiritual healing, and therapeutic crafts. I work with each client to understand their specific needs and create a personalized treatment plan that incorporates one or more of these therapies.

As a holistic therapist, I can help you with a variety of issues, including rediscovering and rebuilding your dreams, spiritual and self-development, healing fears and anxiousness, weight issues, pain issues, stress and relaxation, habits and compulsions, feeling depressed due to life events, self-esteem and confidence, stop smoking, grief and loss, creativity and conception, and more. I also offer distant healing, tarot and oracle deck readings, and Reiki-attuned crystal jewellery.
