About Me

I am Judy Howell, UKCP, NRHP (Reg) Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, and UKCP and Metanoia Institute approved Clinical Supervisor, with over 20 years of experience in the field. I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your reactions, emotions, and experiences, with the goal of gaining insight and understanding. Through this understanding, you can work towards positive change and overcome the obstacles that life may present.

My background is extensive, encompassing work in the voluntary sector, the NHS, and in private practice. Through this diverse experience, I have acquired the skills and expertise to address various issues, including depression, anxiety, addictions, abuse, stress, interpersonal difficulties, trauma (PTSD), eating disorders, bereavement and loss, among others.
