Yoga With Seema extends a warm welcome to all those who are seeking a holistic approach to wellness. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that the mind is everything, and what you think, you become. We strive to create a nurturing environment where individuals can embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth.

Meet Seema

I am Seema, a global citizen, an expat wife, a mother of two, a dedicated yoga teacher, and a lifelong learner. My journey with yoga began as a child, and it has been a significant part of my life ever since. My understanding of classical yoga heritage is enriched by contemporary insights, and I uniquely embrace both Eastern and Western cultures in my teaching. My degree in Psychology has provided me with a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior. Although I had a brief career in fashion, I quickly realized that it was not my calling. However, my love for beautiful clothes, shoes, and style remains. As a former classical dancer, my yoga classes flow with grace and cultivate mindfulness. My classes are designed for total wellness, with an equal emphasis on being physically challenging while fostering spiritual growth and mindfulness. I have been featured twice on the cover of Yoga and Health Magazine and have been a regular columnist for over two years. I have also been featured in various other publications in the UK. When I am not on the mat, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, exploring new places, cooking, reading, and learning about history and culture.

My Classes

At Yoga With Seema, we offer a range of classes designed to cater to individual needs and preferences. Our classes are conducted in a warm and welcoming environment, and we encourage our students to embrace their unique journey.

  • 1-ON-1 SESSIONS: Our one-on-one sessions are tailored to suit your unique needs and goals. We focus on refining your form and improving your technique. The sessions can be conducted in the comfort of your own home, providing you with the convenience and flexibility to practice at your own pace.
  • SMALL GROUP CLASSES: Gather your mat, water bottle, and friends, and relax into a calming sequence that will leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. Our small group classes are perfect for those who want to embark on their yoga journey together. You can either create your own group of up to five people or express your interest independently in joining a small group.
  • GROUP CLASSES: Looking to destress and refocus outside of working hours? Our group classes are a perfect way to connect with the wider yoga community and harness the positivity from practicing with a group of like-minded people. The sessions are designed such that all poses can be simplified or practiced at an advanced level, so all abilities are welcome.
