Our Approach
At Phoenix Counselling & Psychotherapy Services, we believe in providing timely and accessible therapy services. We do not believe in waiting lists, and we strive to offer counselling services within 7 days of initial contact. Our therapy services are based on an integrative and systemic model, incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques, including expressive arts, solution-focused, cognitive behaviour therapy, sand trays, family counselling, gestalt, and person-centred therapy.
Our Team
Our team of counsellors and psychotherapists is comprised of experienced and trained professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality therapy services. We also offer training placements to adult and child counsellors who are completing their formal clinical training, providing them with valuable experience and supervision.
