How can I book an appointment?
Book through our online form, NHS App, or by calling 01709 860016 during opening hours. Urgent appointments are available daily, and Saturday appointments are offered when capacity allows.
What happens if I need emergency care?
For medical emergencies, call 999. Outside normal hours, use NHS 111 online or phone 111 for urgent care advice. We also coordinate with Same Day Health for extended-hour triage services.
Are there special provisions for veterans?

How do I order repeat prescriptions?
Use your NHS account online or app to order repeat prescriptions. Collect from your nominated pharmacy after 5 working days, or contact our prescription clerks for assistance between 10am-11:30am and 2:30pm-4pm.
