Services
Pilates rehabilitation
Specialist rehabilitation programmes address musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. Using clinical reformers and tailored exercises, our instructors develop targeted interventions to restore mobility and function. Clients receive ongoing assessment and programme adaptation to ensure progressive recovery.
Private consultations
Initial 60-minute consultations establish individual needs through postural analysis and goal setting. Qualified instructors create custom exercise programmes using mat work and equipment, with follow-up sessions to refine technique and monitor progress for optimal results.
Group mat classes
Small group classes (max 12 participants) focus on core Pilates principles through mat-based exercises. Instructors provide individual corrections while maintaining class flow, combining structured routines with adaptive teaching to accommodate varying abilities.
Studio sessions
Supervised studio sessions utilise reformers, trapeze tables, and specialised equipment for comprehensive workouts. Clients follow personalised programmes under instructor guidance, with group ratios maintained at six clients per instructor to ensure technical precision and safety.
Teacher training
As a Body Control Pilates recognised teaching studio, we provide supervised training for Pilates instructors. The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, preparing trainees to deliver safe, effective Pilates instruction across various client needs.
