Employee Experience
Many employees have had a poor experience working at this bakery. Zain Sarfraz, who worked for just one shift, described the workplace as "not good" with no training, respect, or health and safety. Monika Krzyzanowska had mixed feelings, mentioning bad management, poor equipment, and exploitation of workers.
Product Reviews
Some reviewers have had positive experiences with products from this bakery. Ian Fyfe loves the oven-bottom muffins but struggles to find them at his local Sainsbury's. Ssg discovered the muffins at a supermarket and enjoyed them, describing them as soft and fluffy with a great taste. Eszter Zilahi likes the large brown baps, but suggests they be cut in half for easier eating.
Delivery Experience
Paul Wendleken had a pleasant experience delivering cabins to the bakery, describing the welcome as amazing and the company as friendly and generous. However, Keith Wilson had a poor experience, waiting over an hour to start work before being told to wait again, with no clear understanding of what to do.
Other Reviews
Kim Gibson had a negative experience, finding the staff to be miserable and the cakes dry and overpriced. Louise Pendlebury described the workplace as horrible, with poor toilet facilities, unhygienic practices, and no interaction with supervisors.
