With 35 years of experience in bagel-baking, our founders, Yoav Baumgarten and Alon Kubi, have perfected traditional family recipes using only the finest ingredients without any additives.
Our Story
We're winding the clock back to a time when the smell of freshly baked bread wafted from every London cafe, a time before most foods turned into heavily branded, factory-made products with elaborate packaging and laundry lists of E-numbers. Drawing on our experience, we bring you the traditional family recipes we have perfected at home, using only the finest ingredients, without any additives whatsoever. All baked, prepared, and presented in-store, our bagels are a taste of home, straight out of the oven.
