Our Story
Unique 1 Health & Fitness has a huge passion for Health & Fitness and believes everyone should attempt to keep fit and healthy. Therefore, we have stripped away unnecessary facilities such as saunas and steam rooms and have used our space in install extra cardiovascular equipment. With over 4,800 sqft, which includes Precor, Concept II and TechnoGym machines, over 2 tonne of plate loaded weights, dedicated legroom, Sunbeds, modern changing facilities, and supplement bar for your pre & post-workout needs.
Our Services
We offer a variety of exercise equipment to suit your workout style, whether you are a beginner or a pro. Our equipment includes treadmills, free weights, cross-trainers, rowing machines, and many more. We also provide personal training services, with trained professionals on hand to assist and guide you towards achieving your fitness goals.
Our Facilities
Our gym features a large separate free weight and plate-loaded section for the extreme gym enthusiast or for those who want more than a CV workout. You are also invited to take advantage of our on-site pre/post-workout drinks bar, where you can purchase protein bars, shakes, and supplements to support your fitness journey.
