We have a particular expertise in designing buildings, interventions, or extensions of architectural interest within buildings or areas with considerable planning constraints. These include being Listed, in Conservation Areas, or even within Unesco Designated World Heritage Sites (WHS) and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). In many instances, all of the above. With numerous years of conservation accreditation, we've successfully undertaken numerous proposals for Listed Building Consents and have developed extensive experience of sensitive conservation repair techniques.

We've worked on numerous lottery-funded projects and have developed a strong understanding of the complexities involved in working on projects with significant planning constraints.
