Our Services
Our services are designed to help individuals gain insight into their behaviour patterns, explore the underlying causes of their problems, and develop strategies to overcome them. We offer integrative counselling, combining aspects of Rogers' Person-Centered Counselling with attachment theories and object relations from psychodynamic approaches. Additionally, we provide hypnotherapy, relaxation, and CBT techniques to combat specific issues.
Whether you are struggling with mental health concerns, transgenderism, sexuality, or autistic spectrum disorders, our experienced and accredited counsellor, Sally Wall, is here to support you. With a Diploma in Counselling from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy in Counselling, a Post-graduate Diploma in Counselling Supervision, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sally has the expertise and qualifications to provide high-quality counselling services.
Our Approach
Our approach is centered around creating a safe and supportive environment, where clients feel comfortable and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. We believe that every individual is unique, with their own distinct experiences and needs. Our goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being.
Our Facilitator
Sally Wall, our lead counsellor, is an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and the American Board of Hypnotherapy. With years of experience in the field, Sally has worked with a diverse range of clients, including students, homeless individuals, and those with mental health difficulties. She has also facilitated workshops and discussion groups on various topics, including mental health, abuse, mindfulness, and spirituality.
Our Sessions
Our counselling sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. We offer weekly sessions, typically lasting 50 minutes, and provide flexible scheduling to accommodate clients' busy schedules. We also offer online counselling sessions through Skype, making it more convenient for clients to access our services.
In addition to our individual counselling services, we also offer supervision and training for other counsellors and mental health professionals. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive range of services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients and the wider community.
