Despite these difficulties, we remain steadfast in our mission to bring you the very best quality products. Regrettably, we have had to adjust our prices to keep up with these challenging times. Our Story

At Olivier's Bakery, we believe in the power of food to bring people together. Sourcing our stone-ground flours from local mills, we bake in small batches daily at sunrise. Bread, one of the first shared foods among early civilisations, holds a special place at our table. We strive to return it to its rightful central position, inviting loved ones to rip, pull, tear, and share.

Organic Ingredients

Proud users of organic and locally sourced ingredients, we use only the finest cold-pressed, extra-virgin 100% Italian olive oil, unsalted butter from milk sourced from pasture-fed cows in Britain, and organic flours from local mills. Each batch is unique, requiring our bakers' keen eyes and orchestra-like coordination. We never use added gluten, preservatives, improvers, or unnecessary ingredients.

Traditional Methods

Our bakeries and methods are part of a timeless French savoir-faire, combining sophistication and homeliness. We let the changing humidity of our capital influence our baking process, adjusting our techniques according to the weather.
