Customer Feedback on After Sales Service
The feedback from Robert Pritchard is concerning. He was not impressed with the after sales service when he wanted to return an item. He found the process of getting a refund through Pharma to be frustrating, suggesting that it would be better to order from Amazon Prime to ensure a smoother refund process.
