This customer had a disappointing experience with a two-person collection/delivery door-to-door service. The service promised a timeframe of 4-14 days but the delivery did not take place within the specified time. When the delivery finally arrived, only one person showed up and the customer had to load the van themselves. Furthermore, the van could not fit down the road, and the company demanded an additional payment of 275 before they would deliver the move. The customer is now pursuing legal action due to the unsatisfactory service.

Horvath Beatrix had a poor experience with an international delivery from the UK to Hungary. The company quoted her a good price and she booked the service on 28th August for the week of 16th September. However, she was not given an exact time and date for the pickup until the 9th, and she had to constantly push for information. The company demanded full payment without providing an exact date for the pickup. The pickup was finally made on the 16th, but the customer did not receive confirmation of the delivery date from her agent. Instead, she was notified by the truck driver on Sunday evening that the delivery would be made the next morning. The customer found the service to be unprofessional and would not recommend the company.
