The classes, days, and times listed below are those operating from the start of January 2024 until further notice. To book your place on any of the classes, please contact Anne using one of the methods set out below. WhatsApp groups are now in use for a number of the classes to make communication easier for everyone.
- Mondays 6pm - 7pm: Dru yoga at the Baptist Church Hall, Kings Rd, Ilkley, LS29 4AD
- Tuesdays 5pm - 6pm: Dru yoga online via Zoom. ID number 581130 3653, password yoga
- Wednesdays 4.00pm - 4.45pm: Strength and Tone tuition. Online via Zoom or One 2 One
- Wednesdays 5.30pm - 6.30pm: Dru Yoga Outdoors in the Grounds of Ilkley Lido (next to the tennis courts)
- Yoga One 2 One tuition - Online via Zoom or In the comfort and privacy of your own home or garden
- Strength and Tone tuition- Online via Zoom or in the comfort and privacy of your own home
Prices and Payment
All group classes held at the Baptist Church Hall in Ilkley, outdoors, or on video are charged at 12 per person. Payment may be made in cash at the class or at the time of booking by direct bank transfer. All other classes are priced in consultation with you. Please call, text, or email for more information.
Bodies Yoga operates a 24-hour cancellation policy for all limited numbers group classes. This is important to ensure that no one is prevented from attending. All cancellations should be made by text to 07960 962662 or email to anne@bodies-yoga.co.uk.
