Welcome to Connors Surveyors, an established independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Leeds. Regulated by RICS, we have been specialising in providing RICS Home Survey Reports, Building Surveys, and Specific Defect Reports for residential properties throughout Yorkshire since 2005. Home Survey (Homebuyer Report) Level 2

This report is suitable for all conventional houses and flats built after approximately 1900. It includes a summary of the condition of the property, a list of defects, and a market valuation and reinstatement cost. The report is designed to be easy to understand, providing you with a clear understanding of the property's condition and helping you make an informed decision.

Building Surveys Level 3

This report is suitable for all houses and flats of any age. It provides a detailed inspection and comprehensive report on the construction and condition of the property, including advice on defects, repairs, and maintenance options. Our Building Surveys include the use of elevated camera poles for high-level roof inspections, thermal imaging cameras, and damp/moisture measuring tools to diagnose areas of concern and highlight them for your attention.

Specific Defect Reports

This report is a detailed inspection of a specific structural issue or defect, such as cracking or dampness and condensation. Our Specific Defect Reports include a thorough investigation, a detailed diagnosis, and recommendations for remedial action.

Expert Witness Report

This report is suitable for legal disputes such as defective works, housing disrepairs etc. Our Expert Witness Reports are produced in accordance with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 35 and Practice Direction and are admissible as evidence in court.
