Book online through SystmConnect, by phone during opening hours, or in person at reception. Urgent cases receive same-day triage assessment.
What prescription services are available?
Order repeat prescriptions online via EPS or through approved third-party systems. We no longer accept phone prescription requests since December 2021.
How can I access my medical records?
Request access through reception or use our online patient portal. Identification verification is required for all record access requests.
What happens during out-of-hours emergencies?
Call NHS 111 for urgent medical advice when the practice is closed. Life-threatening emergencies require immediate 999 calls.
How does the practice protect patient data?

Are there extended hours available?
