Who We Are
Our founder and lead trainer, Heike Chapman, is a certified REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Practitioner with over 17 years of experience. Her passion for health and fitness stems from a lifelong dedication to physical activity. She is passionate about helping clients achieve long-term success through sustainable changes in their lifestyle. Heike stays at the forefront of the fitness industry by continuously updating her knowledge and skills through advanced certifications.
