The Experience
At The Table, we believe in serving our guests outstanding food without formality and fuss in a friendly atmosphere. We dedicate ourselves to one sitting per evening to ensure our guests receive the highest quality service experience. Guests will take their seat at The Table overlooking an open-plan kitchen, allowing them to watch each course being prepared and cooked to perfection. This unique setup enables our guests to interact with our chefs and ask questions while each dish on the seven-course set menu is brought to life for their culinary delight.
The Food
Our culinary expertise is built around European cooking with a Scottish twist, incorporating modern cooking techniques to elevate well-known classic dishes. We take great care in selecting the finest produce from Scotland's best suppliers, ensuring the highest quality of ingredients for our guests. Please note that we are unable to cater for any dietary requirements, dislikes, or allergies, and we are unable to offer any substitutions.
The Restaurant
Located on Dundas Street, in the heart of Edinburgh's cosmopolitan and cultural city centre, our elegant and sophisticated space has been designed by renowned Scottish interior designer Fiona Denholm to give a stylish and elegant backdrop to any occasion. The centrepiece is a fantastic stone counter that comfortably sits 10 people in front of an open-plan kitchen, providing an intimate and relaxed atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.
Meet Our Chef
Our Owner and Chef, Sean Clark, has honed his culinary talents and expertise under the tutelage of some of the world's most renowned chefs, including Anthony Garlando, Adriano Cavagnini, and Davide Degiovanni, interspersed with stints with Michelin Star chefs, Martin Wishart and Gordon Ramsay.
