Upsa-daisy Day Nursery

Our nursery is located in the beautiful Sirhowy Valley, in the heart of Cwmfelinfach, Gwent. We are a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality childcare to children from 6 weeks to 8 years old. Our nursery is based in the Old School Building, Stanley Street, and we offer a safe and stimulating environment for children to play, learn and grow.

Our Philosophy

Our Rooms

Our nursery is divided into several rooms, each designed to cater to the specific needs of the children in that age range. From the Buttercup Baby Room for our youngest children, to the Toddler and Pre-School rooms, we have created a warm and welcoming environment that is designed to stimulate their minds and bodies.

In our babies' room, we provide a bright and spacious space that is filled with toys, books and games that help to stimulate their development. Our experienced and caring staff are always on hand to provide the highest level of care and attention, ensuring that our babies feel safe, comfortable and loved.

As children get older, they move into our toddler and pre-school rooms, where they are encouraged to explore, create and learn at their own pace. Our rooms are designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing us to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Our Staff

Our staff are the heart and soul of Upsa-Daisy, and we are proud to have a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do. All of our staff undergo an extensive training programme, which ensures that they have the skills and knowledge to provide the highest level of care and education to our children.

Our Out of School Clubs

We offer a range of out of school clubs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our children. From breakfast clubs to after-school clubs, and holiday clubs to toddler clubs, we have something for everyone. Our clubs are designed to be fun, engaging and educational, and are led by our experienced and qualified staff.

Our clubs provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can make new friends, try new activities, and develop new skills. We believe that our out of school clubs are an essential part of our nursery, and we are committed to providing the highest level of care and education to our children, both in and out of school hours.
