Positive: The service was praised for being professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, with reviewers highly recommending it.
Negative: The service was criticized for being poor, unprofessional, and unhelpful, with reviewers reporting slow response times and a lack of effective support.

Outstanding Service

The first two reviews, from Viv La Hen and Anthea Smith, praise the service offered by the establishment. Both authors award the service 5 stars, with Viv describing it as "Really great", "professional", "knowledgeable" and "easy to access". Anthea agrees, saying it was "Excellent, thoughtful, caring" and praises the service for being "very helpful" in making things affordable. Both reviewers highly recommend the service.

Unsatisfactory Experience

However, the remaining three reviews paint a different picture. Tasneem Kaderbhai was extremely dissatisfied, awarding the service just 1 star. According to Tasneem, the service was "Poor" and "unprofessional", with the therapist seeming more interested in discussing payment than providing quality service.

K. R. reports a similar experience, also giving 1 star. They felt the fixed set of meetings was inadequate, with the counsellor seemingly focusing on the number of sessions remaining rather than providing useful tools or guidance. K. R. felt the service was a "massive waste of money" and a "disheartening experience".

James Bruce also awarded the service just 1 star, citing slow response times or lack of response to non-standard emails. This suggests that the establishment may struggle with communication.
