Experience with the Service
The reviews highlight mixed experiences with the service. On one hand, some users have had negative encounters, while others have had positive experiences.
Negative Experience
Dan's review highlights a bad experience with the service a few years ago. Although they turned up on time, some of the things said to him were not okay, which led him to stop using the service.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, Mattibald Arch had an excellent experience with the service. They appreciated the pay-what-you-can-afford model, the non-judgemental listening, and the encouragement to find their own solutions to their difficulties.
