Welcome to Strawberry Fields Care Home, Newark, a warm and welcoming environment that provides high-quality care for older people with personal care needs, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's, memory loss, and similar disorders. Our aim is to provide the highest possible standard of care, tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.
We pride ourselves on our person-centred approach, which ensures that every resident has a sense of dignity, autonomy, and independence. We accomplish this by involving each resident, their relatives, friends, medical professionals, and others in the planning of their care. Our experienced and qualified staff work closely with each resident to ensure that their every need is met, whilst also promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Care Services
At Strawberry Fields Care Home, we offer a range of care services designed to meet the unique needs of each resident. Our residential care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are registered with the Care Quality Commission to accommodate 45 male or female elderly or mentally infirm residents (over 65). We provide a warm and comfortable environment where residents can feel safe, supported, and cared for.
In addition to our residential care services, we also offer a respite day-care service, which provides a welcome break for full-time carers. Our respite day-care service is available for a day or part of a day, and provides a range of activities and social opportunities designed to stimulate the mind, body, and spirit.
Day Services
Our day services are designed to promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation. Residents can enjoy a range of activities, including arts, crafts, music, exercise classes, and outdoor activities. Our activities are tailored to meet the needs and interests of each resident, and are designed to promote their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

At Strawberry Fields Care Home, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our residents. We have a range of policies in place to ensure the wellbeing and safety of each resident, including policies on fire safety, infection control, and medication management.
Fee Structure
Our fees are competitive and flexible, and are designed to meet the individual needs of each resident. We offer a range of payment options, including self-funding, local authority funding, and third-party funding. We also offer discounts for long-term residents and for residents who pay in advance.
