As a family-run outside catering business based just outside Inverness, we have a simple aim: to supply and serve Scotland's finest and freshest food with friendly and efficient Highland hospitality and service.

We cater for an enormous variety of events, from bespoke private dining to marquee weddings and hog roasts. Our mix of experience and organization ensures a successful event every time. We also offer a wide range of food services, from gourmet food picnic hampers to freezer stocking and holiday catering. Or, if you're under pressure, why not use our full event planning service? Ideal for corporate events where everything just has to be faultless and you need a company you can trust.
Wedding Catering
For your special day, you want perfect, delicious food that suits your event and you! We are able to take the stress away by offering efficient, organized wedding catering regardless of whether you are planning a medieval hog roast or a banquet for 800 with silver service. Outside, inside, on a beach or beside a Loch, we can plan your menu to suit, and (if needed) help you to find the perfect venue for your special day too.
Hog Roasts and BBQs
Our sister company, Hog Roast Highlands provides BBQ's and a full Hog, Beef and Lamb Spit Roast service in Inverness, Grampian and the Highlands. Our free-range Morayshire pigs are marinated and seasoned, then slow cooked for at least 8 hours, making our hog roast extremely tasty and succulent. We can simply serve it in buns with apple sauce for those informal occasions, or as the meat of a main course or, of course, as part of a full BBQ.
Specialist Services
We also offer specialist services such as event planning, chair and table covering, mobile bars, freezer stocking, and holiday catering. Whatever your requirements or tastes, we work with you to create the perfect event and menu for you.
Equipment and Staff Hire
Whatever you need for your event, we can make it happen. From chairs to cutlery, glasses to napkins, we can provide it all. We have a wide range of catering equipment for hire. What we don't have, we can get for you. Over the years, we have established a large team of staff for any type of event. They provide an unobtrusively and efficient service tailored to your event.
