Where Entertainment Meets Excitement

At Arabica, we're passionate about the food of the Levant, the sun-drenched lands of the Eastern Mediterranean. We've travelled extensively through the fertile valleys, mountain villages, and vibrant cities of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Palestine, and Israel to source the finest Middle Eastern ingredients. Our journey is inspired by the culinary kaleidoscope of delicacies we've discovered on our adventures, recreating the deliciousness that embodies the breadth of flavours, colours, and textures of one of the world's most exciting food cultures.

Our Story

From our humble beginnings on an 8ft trestle table in the early days of Borough Market to our growth through word of mouth, a few leaps, a few mistakes, and a genuine obsession with the food of the Levant, we've come a long way. We've explored the sun-drenched shores of the East Mediterranean, keeping our passion for the culinary traditions of the Middle East alive. And still, we discover ancient dishes to comfort our tired bodies and inventive creations that force us to rethink what 'Levantine' really means. We're on a journey, and we'd like to thank everyone who's supported us, bought a falafel wrap, popped in for a cocktail, bought a meze spread for a party, or invested in our future. We hope you enjoy the Arabica experience.

Our Ingredients & Suppliers

We've been fortunate to meet some incredibly inspiring individuals who have influenced, educated, shaped, and reinforced our approach to our sensible sourcing policy, company ethos, and culture. We carefully choose the people and suppliers we work with to ensure their values and ethics match up with our own. Our meat is grass-fed and halal. Our fish is from sustainable stock. We source locally and seasonally where possible and where it makes sense. Our more exotic ingredients come from a handful of specialist artisans across the East Mediterranean.

Our Recipes

We work hard and ambitiously on our recipes to create a colourful collection of dishes for you to feast on at our restaurants, counters, and stalls. Creatively led by founder James, the team experiments regularly in our home kitchens as well as our professional kitchens with new ingredients and ideas that create vibrancy in our menus. We collaborate with other leading chefs, cooks, and patissiers to bring you online inspiration of how to use our ingredients at home. We encourage you to throw on your apron, turn on your favourite tunes, and give our Middle Eastern-inspired recipes a go!

Our People

We're lucky to have a team that comes together from all corners of the world to support Arabica. The world of restaurants and catering is not an easy business to retain good people. So, we invest in our team - supporting their individual needs and nurturing their talents. We endeavour to create development opportunities for them to grow with us as we stretch into new places. It's them we have to thank for the care and creativity they bring to our food and people every day.
