Accommodating Staff and Good Quality Clothes
Several reviewers have praised the accommodating staff at UW, highlighting their helpfulness and excellent customer service. Frank Simmons, who gave the store 5 stars, mentioned that the staff helped him find the right trousers despite limited stock from the sale. Similarly, Matt Lee appreciated the helpful staff, stating that they provided good quality stuff and were fresh, well-designed store.
On the other hand, not all reviewers had a positive experience with the staff. Adam Kima was unhappy with the service and felt disrespected, stating that the staff were rude and questioned whether he even bought the trousers from their store. Ryan Nordheimer also had a negative encounter with two staff members who were "offputting and rude".

Some Issues with Service
However, there were some reviewers who had issues with the service at UW. Emma Davidson gave the store 4 stars and mentioned that she had a nice visit, but the staff were engaging only because they were "genuinely happy to do it". Ryan Nordheimer was unhappy with the service, stating that two staff members were "cool and unwilling to help".
