Established in 2000, we are proud to offer a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 1 to 5 years. Our Approach

At Noah's Ark Nursery, we recognise that children only have one chance at childhood, and that their pre-school years are the most important formative ones of their lives. That's why we are committed to providing a day nursery atmosphere and activities that are aimed at developing self-confidence, friendships, social skills, and above all, love and happiness.

We believe that children learn best through play and activities, and we provide a varied range of fun ways for them to learn, making full use of our own facilities and wonderful surroundings. Our children have access to mark making resources, art and craft resources, role play both inside and outside, construction resources, quiet book area, sensory room, cooking and baking activities, small group adult supported activities, daily music and song time, seasonal growing and planting, outside wildlife areas, and themed activity days during school holidays.

Our Team

Noah's Ark Nursery is owned by Mrs Carolyn Hopson and is run by a team of experienced and qualified staff who are passionate about providing the best possible care and education for young children. Our team of friendly and approachable staff have been carefully chosen for their personalities and experience in caring for young children. We have a high ratio of staff to children, ensuring that each child receives the individual attention they deserve.

Our nursery manager, Alison Power, and deputy manager, Nicole Fullwood, are committed to ensuring that every child receives the best possible care and education. Our team of experienced and qualified staff are enthusiastic carers who are dedicated to providing a warm, loving and welcoming atmosphere for all our children.

At Noah's Ark Nursery, we recognise that every child is unique and we are committed to providing an inclusive environment that meets the needs of all children, including those with additional needs. We work closely with parents and outside agencies to ensure that each child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.
