Welcome to Andover House, a family-run hotel located in the heart of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Our story began in 2006 when our ownership team, Phil and myself, set out on a mission to create a unique hotel experience in this stunning seaside town. With a combined background in hospitality, building management, and finance, we brought our individual skills and expertise to the table to revive this beautiful Victorian building and create a warm and welcoming retreat for our guests.
Our Hotel
Our hotel boasts 27 individually styled rooms, each designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for our guests. Our rooms are equipped with modern amenities and thoughtful touches, ensuring that every stay is a memorable one. We encourage guests to book direct, as they will enjoy a complimentary breakfast, served 7 mornings a week. Our breakfast menu features a delicious selection of dishes, including eggs, pancakes, and pastries, all made fresh in-house.

Our History
Before it became Andover House, this beautiful Victorian building stood as a testament to the town's rich history and heritage. Built in the mid-1800s, the building has undergone extensive renovations to restore its original charm and character. Our goal has always been to preserve the building's Victorian features while infusing it with our own modern style and flair. Throughout the years, we have continued to improve and expand our hotel, including the recent addition of further guest rooms in 2016.
