OUR FAMOUS DISHES
- Misir Wot: Red lentils simmered in our chef's special spicy sauce
- Shiro Wot: Powdered chickpeas, shallots garlic, and spices cooked in a rich and tasty sauce, with green chilli
- Doro Wot: Tender chicken slow-cooked to perfection in a spicy (Berbere) based stew
- Kitfo: Finely chopped tender lean beef seasoned with butter and mitmita (hot paprika)
- Aleccha Kik Wot: A thick stew of yellow split beans, simmered in turmeric and basil
OUR SPECIALTY DISHES
- Quanta Firfir: Dried pieces of beef in a spicy sauce seasoned with garlic, ginger, rolled and cut pieces of Injera
- Lega Tibs: Cubes of lean lamb cooked well with onion, garlic, and spices
- Awaze Tibs: Tender lamb or beef cooked in traditionally spiced chilli paste (Awaze)

- Rice: Rice cooked with traditional spices with vegetables or meat
- Suf Fitfit: Finely cut Injera pieces soaked in soya milk topped with fresh green chillies
