Care Home Atmosphere and Staff Performance
The reviews provide a mixed perspective on the care home. On one hand, Patrick Blackman and Don Wood, both rating the care home with 5 stars, praised the cleanliness, maintenance, and staff performance. The staff was described as being always cheerful and happy, providing fantastic care for Dementia patients.
Communication Issues
On the other hand, Wilson Matthew, who gave a rating of 1 star, had issues with contacting a family member by telephone. He was unsure if the patient was even informed about his contact, indicating a possible communication breakdown.
