IJAD Dance Company is a company and charity that works at the intersections of performing arts, technology, and science to evolve new creative forms and innovation in the industry. We support artists to create hybrid performances that push the boundaries of audience immersion and interaction, combining emerging technologies with performing arts. Our platform, Open Online Theatre (OOT), allows for interactive live streaming and co-creation with remote audiences. We also offer artist residencies, training, and mentorship in emerging technologies, and host a regular Festival of Hybrid Performing Arts, OOTFest. Through our work, we aim to advance movement techniques, explore human body, and connect with communities worldwide.
