Welcome to Upton House, a warm, welcoming and friendly home for up to 20 residents in our large, specially adapted Georgian house. We provide expert, loving care for elderly people with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia. Our aim is to help our residents live as happily, independently and comfortably as possible. We offer a range of services including respite care, end-of-life care, physiotherapy, and more. Our experienced and trained staff provide a calm and safe environment for our residents, who receive individualized care plans to cater to their unique needs and interests. In addition to our services, we also celebrate festivals, holidays, and birthdays, making every day a special and fulfilling experience for our residents. Our home is well-run, cosy, comfortable, and friendly, with a team of professional staff who love what they do and the residents they care for.

Underlining everything we do is our unwavering commitment to provide our residents with the best possible, person-centred care. We specialise in caring for older persons, and those living with dementia. All of our residents are treated with dignity and respect and have as much choice around the way in which they live their lives as they wish. We offer day care, respite care and long-term residential care to men and women, who are either self-funded or funded by their local authority. Our current CQC rating is "Requires Improvement".
