Good people always trying to help me as a new driver, amazing experience. Paul and Darren were absolutely amazing guys, helped me so much with my large heavy parcel. Driver of YSR having a tacho break in a yard that can only accommodate one truck at a time, no consideration for anyone else. Worst service ever, and as an international trainer, I will use this as the perfect example of ineptitude and not caring about customers. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, No problem with delivery service, but office-based customer service really poor and unhelpful. Total lack of ownership and attention to detail has lost me time and money. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Order for my small business - only delivered 1 of 2 parcels, both part of the same consignment and same consignment number, and no one answering calls or emails to find out where the other half of my order is. Means my small business is now falling behind in the run-up to Christmas week. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Shocking display of how NOT to get a pallet to site. Pallet arrived with them on Tuesday AM, was told lies all day Tuesday that the pallet was on its way to site, then 16:00 was told sorry the pallet was not out for delivery will be Wednesday. On Wednesday again I chased them only to be told it was out for delivery. Again at 16:00 was told that no it was not out for delivery and it would be the next day. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, What an incredibly rude bunch they are at Leeds Parcel Company. Failed to deliver a pallet for 4 days on the trot and when you call to find out where it is, your spoken to rudely by abrupt staff who possess no manners or customer service, an absolute cowboy company with staff that clearly suit it's unprofessionalism. Should you ask to speak to someone senior they hang up the phone. Hang your heads in shame Leeds Parcel Company. Your arrogant and lazy attitude is shocking. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Absolute Dismal service "Said" can not get a delivery time maybe this week maybe next week, maybe we can send it back faster Ehhhh! Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Over a week after parcel should have been delivered, no tracking possible and no response from two phone calls seeking updates in the days after delivery expected. After requesting via email that they return to sender once found, I got a response without apology confirming it was still at depot! 1 month later a duplicate order due to mix up from sender, was received. Attempting to query this the first advisor on phone asked what did I expect him to do about it, sounded like a typical grumpy old man.
