The Wharf Caravan Park is a hidden jewel in the heart of the North Shropshire Countryside. It is an immaculate park which is situated next to Bridge 55 of the Shropshire Union Canal, run by the same family for over 45 years. The park offers peace and tranquillity in beautiful rural surroundings and farmland, at a price you can afford. With 25 seasonal pitches and 25 touring caravan/motorhome pitches, including hard standing and grass pitches with electric hook-up, the park is open all year round, making it an excellent base for exploring local attractions or taking leisurely walks along the canal towpaths and enjoying unspoilt countryside.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was lovely and convenient.
The facilities were dirty and poorly maintained, and the site was often noisy and disruptive.
