Welcome to Yoga Nature, a niche small community yoga school, established in 2004. We offer a limited number of adult classes, personalised one-to-one sessions, and primary school yoga classes. Our classes focus on the whole person, not just the physical body, with an emphasis on embracing yogic lifestyles. We encourage students to explore yoga practices that suit their unique needs and to learn about all aspects of their personality through yoga. Our teachings are designed to help individuals discover and fully access their true nature, which is already who they are. We believe that change is a natural process that occurs through regular practice with full awareness, rather than forcing the mind and body beyond its limits.
