Worthing Meditation is a community-based spiritual group that offers a peaceful way of living through mindfulness and meditation practices. Our group was formed in 2006 and meets regularly every other Tuesday evening, with a mid-summer break around August and a winter break around the festive season. We practice a simple mindful awareness meditation, sometimes coupled with contemplative meditations, and encourage our members to explore the benefits of meditation, such as relief from stress and anxiety, and discover who they truly are. Our group is funded entirely by voluntary contributions and welcomes individuals from all walks of life to join our community.
