Fast Track Counselling

Our Fast Track Counselling service provides immediate support to individuals who have experienced sexual abuse. Our experienced counsellors will work closely with you to address the immediate effects of the trauma and help you develop coping strategies to manage your emotions and feelings. This service typically includes up to 10 sessions.

Counselling

Our one-to-one counselling service is designed to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to process their experiences. Our trained and experienced counsellors will work with you to help you understand and come to terms with your experiences. We offer flexible sessions and accommodate client requests for male or female counsellors.

ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor)

The ISVA service is designed to provide support and guidance to individuals who have experienced sexual abuse. Our trained advisors will work with you to understand your needs and offer impartial advice and guidance. This service is particularly useful for individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system.
