Connecting People with Property

At Your Time Therapy, our mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our goal is to empower individuals to develop a greater understanding of themselves, improve their mental wellbeing, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Our Philosophy

Our approach is centered around the person-centered core model, which emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and client. We believe that every individual is unique, and we tailor our approach to suit your specific needs and goals. Our therapist, Phil Martin, is dedicated to creating a space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

Our Services

We offer counselling services online, by telephone, and face-to-face in Bournemouth. Our services are designed to help individuals cope with everyday life challenges, including low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationships, and more. We also provide support for individuals dealing with addiction, weight loss, phobias, and other issues that may be affecting their daily lives.

Our Approach

Our approach is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental. We believe that every individual has the internal resources to make positive changes in their life. Our role is to provide a supportive and understanding environment that facilitates personal growth, self-awareness, and empowerment. We use a range of therapeutic tools and techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and internal family systems, to help you achieve your goals.
