Our Story

Our journey began in 2016 when our founder, Julia, set out to create a fitness community that was specifically tailored to the needs of women. With a background in personal training, nutrition coaching, and body confidence and wellbeing coaching, Julia knew that traditional fitness approaches often fell short in meeting the unique needs of women. She created fitandhappy to provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that focused on empowerment, confidence, and sustainable results.
