Bodypro was founded by Ben in 2004 with the vision of providing a motivational coaching experience in a clean and private environment. Our team has been with us for over a decade, ensuring that our clients receive consistent and knowledgeable guidance.

Group Sessions
For those who prefer the motivation and competition of a group setting, our group sessions are a great option. With between 2-4 people, these sessions provide an opportunity to work out with like-minded individuals while receiving guidance from our trainers.
Bulk-Buy Sessions
For those with serious training goals, our bulk-buy sessions offer a convenient and cost-effective way to achieve their objectives. With this option, clients can purchase a set number of sessions and book them at their leisure. Research has shown that those who bulk-purchase sessions are more likely to attend their training sessions regularly.
Bootcamp Sessions
