Empowering Individuals to Find Their Own Solutions

At Cotswold Counselling, we understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes we need a little help to navigate through difficult times. Our team of experienced counsellors provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, children, and young people to express their feelings and work through their problems.

Our Services

We offer a range of counselling services, including one-to-one counselling, couples counselling, counselling for children and young people, schools counselling, and counselling for businesses and organisations. Our counsellors are trained to listen and respond with understanding, helping you to find ways to cope with a wide range of emotional problems such as stress, depression, loneliness, bereavement, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, eating disorders, childhood abuse, and suicidal thoughts.

Confidentiality and Trust

At Cotswold Counselling, we take confidentiality very seriously. Our counsellors are committed to providing a safe and trustworthy environment where you can share your feelings and concerns without fear of judgment or criticism. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection, and our counsellors adhere to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Code of Practice.

Our Approach

Our approach to counselling is centered around the client's needs and goals. We believe that everyone has the potential to find their own solutions, and our counsellors work collaboratively with clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. We do not give advice or make decisions for our clients; instead, we empower them to take control of their lives and make positive changes.

Accessibility and Funding

We are committed to providing accessible services to everyone, regardless of their means. Our services are offered at an affordable cost, and we accept direct approaches from clients as well as referrals from GPs and other healthcare professionals. As a registered charity, we rely on contributions from clients to continue our work, and we are grateful for any donations that help us to support those who cannot afford our services.

Our Team and Volunteers

Our team of counsellors and volunteers are dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality counselling services to those in need. Our counsellors undergo rigorous training and supervision to ensure that they provide the best possible care to our clients.
