Who Am I?
I, Anne Davidson, am a dedicated yoga instructor with years of experience in corporate finance and entrepreneurship. My journey with yoga began as a therapeutic approach to improve my mental and emotional well-being. I have since dedicated myself to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
A Brief Background
After a successful career in corporate finance, I transitioned to entrepreneurship, building and running my own business for over a decade. When the recession hit, I seized the opportunity to pursue my passion for yoga, establishing Om-Tastic Yoga. Along the way, I honed my skills through extensive training in various yoga styles, including therapeutic yoga and Ayurveda.
My Qualifications and Expertise
I hold a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma and have studied with various organizations, including Yoga Scotland, Inner Yoga, and TSYP. My training in Svastha Yoga in Europe earned me a Therapy and Ayurveda Diploma. This extensive experience has equipped me to offer one-to-one sessions, focusing on specific needs and goals.
