Customer Service
For some customers, C&J's customer service was excellent. Colin Tunnicliffe and Tony Weston praised the helpful and professional staff, particularly mentioning engineer Steve and spare parts operative Aisa. However, others had poor experiences. Mart Dawson was left feeling frustrated and concerned with customer service manager Claire, who he believed was unhelpful and blamed him for the problem. Graham Charlton was also concerned about the aftersales service, suggesting that the company may have a generic response to issues.
Product Quality
Some customers were thrilled with their purchases. Tony Weston, who owns a Purevision 5KW Wide freestanding multi fuel fire, praised its performance and durability. However, others were disappointed. Laura Dennis and Chirine Ballan experienced multiple issues with their products, including faulty parts and poor design. Laura felt misled by C&J's product and thought that the company was only interested in selling poor-quality items. Chirine regretted buying the fire, which she deemed too expensive, inefficient, and a waste of money.
Warranty and Support
C&J's warranty and support were also criticized. Laura Dennis believed that the company was reluctant to replace or repair faulty parts, citing poor design or wear and tear. Graham Charlton was concerned about the company's willingness to provide aftersales support. In contrast, Tony Weston praised C&J's spare parts team for their efficiency and knowledge.
