Our counselling services are designed to support individuals in overcoming various challenges, including abuse, addiction, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, career counselling, child-related issues, confidence, depression, eating disorders, low self-esteem, manic depression, OCD, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, psycho-sexual issues, relationship issues, self-harm, sexuality, stress, trauma, and work-related issues. We believe that every individual's journey is unique, and we strive to provide a tailored approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

As a BACP-accredited counsellor and supervisor, I, Debbie Dennis, have a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. With a combination of training, understanding, and enthusiasm, I offer a confident service to all client groups, working with all types of issues. My approach is person-centred, and I endeavour to provide a friendly, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Counselling Supervisor
As a counselling supervisor, I provide supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors. My approach is essentially person-centred, enhanced by a continuum of explorative counselling models. I believe that the counsellor-supervisor relationship is a central ingredient in the making of 'good supervision', and I strive to provide a safe, informative, and transparent environment where counsellors feel at ease to explore and make sense of their work.
Fees and Appointments
Our private one-to-one counselling sessions take place from the comfort of our home, with day and evening appointments available, including weekends when required. We work with adults and young people over 8 years old. Our counselling room is temperature-controlled for your convenience. To allocate your first appointment, a payment of 40 is required, which will be classed as payment for your first counselling session. Once your first appointment has been confirmed, you can make payment via PayPal.
