Our Story
The Lakes Care Centre has a rich history, and in September 2023, we entered a new chapter under new ownership and management. Our highly experienced management team is dedicated to restoring the centre's reputation as one of the best care homes in Tameside. We have embarked on a 1.5 million transformation project to upgrade our facilities, including improvements to our grounds, lighting, and communal areas. We are committed to perfecting our craft, investing in our staff, and providing ongoing training to ensure we deliver excellence in care.
Our Services
We offer a range of care services, including residential care, dementia care, and nursing care. Our specialist facilities, including the Coniston Dementia Suite, are carefully designed to care for people with a diagnosis of dementia. Our team of trained staff are dedicated to providing loving care and respect, ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported. We understand the importance of maintaining independence, and our care services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
